Every Verse Hamper is freshly prepared to order by our chefs.

Deliveries are available every Friday and Saturday throughout The South Hams only.

Orders must be placed by 12 noon, two days before your selected delivery.

Delivered chilled in our sustainable Woolcool insulated packaging to keep everything beautifully fresh.

Your Welcome Box is delivered directly to your holiday accommodation or home address.

Please ensure somebody is available to receive your order, or provide details of a safe place where it can be left.

Once the order has been delivered to the address or safe place provided, responsibility for the Welcome Box passes to the customer.

As this is a chilled product, we recommend refrigerating the contents as soon as possible after delivery.

Our Welcome Boxes are freshly prepared in the kitchens at Verse.

While every care is taken during preparation, all food is produced in an environment handling all 14 major allergens. We therefore cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

We pride ourselves on using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from trusted local suppliers wherever possible.

Occasionally, products may vary depending on seasonal availability. If this happens, they will always be replaced with an item of equal or greater quality.

Every Verse Welcome Box is freshly prepared to order using fresh, perishable ingredients.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has entered preparation.

Orders may be amended or cancelled up until 12 noon, two days before your selected delivery date.

If your Welcome Box arrives damaged, incomplete or there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly.
